Our tipping tanker semi trailers are produced with a volume of approx.. 35 m3 to 45 m3. We also provide customize solution based on user needs.

These tipping tanker semi trailers are useful in one side cement and another side Clinker transportation as it is equipped with both pneumatic as well as gravity discharge facility.

VFPL tipping tanks comes with different discharge options. Our standard is DN 600 discharge bowl, fitted with pneumatic vibrating bins and achieves optimal discharge in shortest possible time.

Tipping tanks are useful to carry multiple products as these tanks has almost NIL residual qty and the discharge bow is easy to open and tank can be easily clean.

Complete chassis is made from High Strength Steel chassis and tanks from High Strength steel / Aluminum to provide additional payload advantage.

Application : Sand, Soda Ash Dense, Bentonite Sand, Refectory Sand, PTA Powder, Plastic Granulates, Clinker, Pulverized Coal, Cock Breeze, Lime Stone Powder, Calcium Carbonate , Rise, Barley , Titanium Oxide, Ultra Fine Fly Ash, flour, Lump Lime, Silica and many more.

These tanks are used to carry more loads to carry different types of powder material.

of zinc phosphate. Final Coating of PU paint and Shade as per User choice. Internally one coat paint for Steel tanks and picking & passivation for stainless steel tanks.

FLUIDIZATION:

Pneumatic Vibrating beans to avoid choking and bridging

the powders and fluidize the material to faster discharge.

ELECTRICAL:

24 volt electrical system. 7 pin electrical connector. Parking, indicator

and brake lights.
