Vasant Fabricators Pvt Ltd is approved fabricators to manufacturer unfired pressure vessels as per design code IS 2825:1969 CL 1 (SMPV) U Rules, 1981 by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO).

We produce gas tanks and semi trailers of various capacities ranges from 7.5 KL to 57 KL from carbon steel of different material thickness. We design and engineer these tanks as per different gases characteristics and working pressure.

Our gas tanks carry various types of gases i.g. LPG, Butane, Butadiene, Propane, Propylene, Ammonia, Liquid CO2 , Ethylene Oxide, Pentane, Monomethylamine, Dimethylamine and Trimethylamine.

We supply this tanks with running gear and all safety equipment per explosive norms.

Mechanical Geared type 2 Speed Landing Gear. 24 T lifting capacity

BRAKES:

Type 24 Brake Chambers and ABS / EBS brake System.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

3-D Pre Treatment then coated with protective

layer of zinc phosphate. Final Coating of PU paint and Shade as per User choice. Internally one coat paint for Steel tanks and picking & passivation for stainless steel tanks
