Vasant Fabricators Pvt ltd is approved fabricator to manufacture tank lorry to carry petroleum products under “The Petroleum Rule, 2002” by Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), Nagpur.
We producing these tanks from Mild Steel , Stainless Steel and Aluminum material.

We are producing both top loading and bottom loading tanks for rigid vehicles and semi trailers.
We are supplying fuel tanks on major truck chassis models i.g. TATA , Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, Eicher and Mahindra.
Fuel tanks produced by VFPL are equipped with all safety equipment and accessories, which are procured from The PESO approved vendors.

Our fuel tanks come with stainless steel valve box with centralized locking system to stop adulteration and coaming at the top as a rollover protection.

On request we provide tanks with FRP lining and EP coating on inner side. Foldable handrail can be provided.

General Specifications For Top Loading Tanks:

NOZZLES:

18” Manhole in each compartment with 4” Fill pipe, 1” Dip Pipe ,

P-V Valve and Feasible Vent.

OPERATING PRESSURE:

Atmospheric

VALVES AND DISCHARGE:

3” Delivery line with Emergency valve operated by

mechanical lever from rear side on each compartment and GUN Metal Valve / Three Piece Ball Valve at front delivery header.

OTHER ACCESSORIES:

Fire Extinguishers, Valve Box, Mud guards, SUPD,

Catwalk with Hand rail and Ladder

TESTING:

Hydro test at 0.35 kg/cm² in individual compartment.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

3-D Pre Treatment then coated with protective layer

of zinc phosphate. Final Coating of PU paint and Shade as per User choice.

20” Clamped Manhole in each compartment with vapour recovery line ,

P-V Valve and Level Sensor

OPERATING PRESSURE:

VALVES AND DISCHARGE:

4” Delivery line with Emergency valve pneumatic

compartment and API adopter with Dust Cap at discharge point.

OTHER ACCESSORIES:

Gravity Coupler, Vapour Adopter, Control panel box

TESTING:
