THE CAPACITY OF APPROX 16 M3 TO 42 M3

Vasant Fabricators produces non tipping dry bulk tanks for rigid vehicles having a volumetric capacity of approx.. 16 m3 to 42 m3. We also produce special types trailer made to suit individual requirement.

These tanks are made from different material i.g. Aluminum, Carbon Steel, High Strength Steel and Stainless Steel based on application.

VFPL bulkers are lightweight yet strong enough to carry the heavy load on any surface. Our dry bulk tanks give longer service life with low maintenance cost.

Applications: Majorly used in Cement, Fly ash, Wheat flour, Soda Ash Fine, Bentonite Sand, Lime Powder and many other powder material.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

3-D Pre Treatment then coated with protective

layer of zinc phosphate. Final Coating of PU paint and Shade as per User choice. Internally one coat paint for Steel tanks and picking & passivation for stainless steel tanks.
